As a customer we encourage you to let us know if you don’t think the vendor or provider isn’t performing to you complete satisfaction. We provide our Customers with an escalation procedure from the very beginning. If you have any issue with a carrier or Vendor we will provide you with the support to resolve such issue, if a satisfactory outcome does not result, we will immediately step in and ensure resolution for you through our vendor agreements.
